So an old guy, a young guy and a teenage girl go down South....
Sounds like the beginning of a really bad joke or a movie I can't talk about.
Crossroads is a movie about a kid named Eugene (Ralph Macchio) who's insanely talented as a classic guitarist, but really wants to be a Blues guitarist. He tracks down the famous Blues man 'Willie Brown' to help him learn a legendary lost song but Willie won't teach it until he's back in the Mississippi Delta. Throw into the plot a beautiful woman, a break-out, the devil and Ry Cooder all mixed up with with travel hobo-style and you get a fantastic movie. As a director, Walter Hill is fantastic with this movie showing his chops, along with Macchio's.
Blues lovers agree that 10 out of 10 hobos would love this movie.
